ABOUT JORDAN

Jordan Schachterle works as a sports broadcaster in many roles including play-by-play, color commentary, analyst, sideline reporting and digital media hosting across sports like baseball, basketball and volleyball.

She grew up in Berthoud, Colorado attending Berthoud High School. At Metropolitan State University of Denver, she worked with Roadrunners Athletics as talent for Roadrunners TV. Jordan covered a range of sports including baseball, basketball and volleyball in play-by-play, analyst and reporter roles. 

During her college summers, she completed multiple internships in collegiate summer baseball. Jordan was the voice of the Burlington Sock Puppets in the Appalachian League. She called the season solo, covering over 30 games while also creating content for social media. Jordan's media work helped the Sock Puppets to the 2022 Appalachian League Organization of the Year Award. 

She spent the 2023 MiLB season with the Iowa Cubs, the Triple-A Affiliate of the Chicago Cubs. Jordan worked in both a media relations and broadcasting role. She created the first ever daily social media update across I-Cubs social media which generated thousands of views daily. Jordan contributed to a multitude of areas during the season.
